Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a detail-oriented Finance Specialist to support accounting and finance operations, including accounts payable, journal entries, and month-end close.

You will work with stakeholders across the business to ensure accurate financial records and reporting, while supporting GST/tax compliance and bank reconciliations for reliable financial statements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant accounting or finance experience.
• Experience with Accounts Payable and General Ledger.
• Experience supporting month-end close and reconciliations.
• Experience with Oracle or similar ERP systems.
• Strong understanding of accounting processes and financial controls.
• Experience with tax and regulatory compliance.

About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Specialist to support key accounting and finance operations. This role is responsible for accounts payable activities, journal entry preparation, reconciliations, financial reporting support, statutory compliance, and month-end close activities. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders across the business to ensure accurate financial records and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Process and validate accounts payable invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely posting.
