Origo BPO (Phils) Limited, Inc. seeks a Sr. Service Delivery Manager, Accounting Practice to lead end-to-end delivery for a portfolio of accounting clients, ensuring strong technical accounting, client experience, and team performance.

The role emphasizes people leadership, cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Training, and HR, and building standards and playbooks to support transformation and growth within the client base.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting is required.
• CPA and public accounting experience is a strong plus.
• 10-15 years of progressive accounting experience required.
• Experience with US GAAP is required.
• Executive interaction and experience working with C-Suite executives is required.
• BPO or similar shared service experience is required.
• Experience working cross functionally and collaboratively is required.
• Strong operational execution and organizational skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical accounting oversight and review various aspects of corporate financial accounting.
• Lead a large and diverse professional accounting team and mentor staff.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams including Service Delivery, Sales, Training and HR.
• Serve as primary client engagement point and manage relationships.
• Identify opportunities to expand Origo support within the client portfolio.
• Drive process improvements and efficiency across the organization.
• Help build and codify service line operations, standards, and playbooks.
