8–10 years of experience with U.S. GAAP.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.
Excellent communication and strong English skills.
Strong operational execution and project management skills.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills are essential.
Experience with multi-location or multi-site entities is a plus.
Attention to detail and commitment to financial accuracy.

Responsibilities

Prepare and analyze financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Maintain general ledger and post journal entries in accordance with GAAP.
Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
Coordinate and complete month-end and year-end close accurately and on time.
Generate management reports to support decision-making.
Assist with internal and external audits and document controls and policies.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance accounting efficiency.
