Job summary

Job Vacancy Phil is seeking an experienced F&A operations leader to drive end-to-end delivery across multiple clients and sites, including R2R, AP, AR, and reporting. You will own SLA performance, quality, and backlogs while guiding teams through onboarding and expansion initiatives.

You will oversee month-end close, reconciliations, and high-volume processes, mentor Team Leads and SMEs, manage staffing, and ensure audit readiness and compliance with client policies and accounting standards.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years in F&A operations within BPO/shared services/captive environments.
• 3–5+ years of people leadership experience.
• Strong experience in at least two F&A functions (R2R, AP, AR).
• Hands‑on exposure to month‑end close, reconciliations, and/or high‑volume AP/AR operations.
• Strong operational management skills in SLA, productivity, QA, and client communication.

Responsibilities

• GL/R2R activities and month-end close support.
• AP processing, AR support, billing, and reconciliations.
• Ensure SLA compliance, quality, productivity, and backlog management.
• Lead and develop Team Leads, SMEs, and operations staff across multiple sites.
• Oversee workforce planning, scheduling, hiring, onboarding, and performance management.
• Maintain audit readiness, process controls, and compliance with client policies and accounting standards.
• Drive process improvements, workflow optimization, and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Support client transitions, SOP creation, KT plans, dashboards, and operational governance calls.
