AnswerKey is seeking an Accounting Supervisor in the Philippines to guide a team of accountants delivering end-to-end client accounting and compliance services. You will oversee client portfolio delivery, review financial reports, and manage BIR tax compliance, serving as the primary escalation point for client concerns.

This role suits an experienced Senior Accountant or Client Accounting Team Leader in an outsourced setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field; CPA is an advantage.
• 3–5 years of accounting experience with 1–2 years in leadership or client-facing roles.
• Experience in outsourced accounting, shared services, or accounting firms is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support Program Accountants in managing client accounts and deliverables.
• Review bookkeeping, reconciliations, schedules, and financial reports before client submission.
• Oversee month-end and year-end closing activities and resolve material reconciling items.
• Coordinate with tax statutory compliance (BIR) and ensure timely filings.
• Manage client relationships, escalate issues, and ensure alignment with client scope.
• Standardize templates and workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy.
