Job summary

ILO Construction, Inc is seeking a highly experienced finance professional to join our team in the Philippines. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent and at least 10 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities include handling accounts payable, general accounting within the construction industry, fund management, bank reconciliations, and supporting supplier inquiries. The position is full-time and permanent.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, issue, and release payable checks.
• Fund management.
• Voucher and monitor checks in and out.
• Bank reconciliation, cash requirements, and cash position.
• Assist with supplier inquiries.
• Perform other related tasks as needed.
• Meet JD/KPIs and probationary requirements.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible in check preparation, issuance and releasing of various payables.
• Responsible in Fund Management
• Assigned in vouchering and monitoring of in and out of checks
• Assigned in Bank Reconciliation, Cash Requirement and Cash Position
• Assists and responds to suppliers’ concerns and questions
• Performs other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time
• The stated JD and KPIs here should be performed well, including attendance in able to pass the probationary period, prior regularization.
