Job summary

ILO Construction, Inc. is seeking a Senior Accountant to manage payables, fund management and bank reconciliations for a busy construction portfolio in Quezon City.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting, 10+ years in accounting, and hands-on experience with accounts payable and general accounting in the construction sector. You will ensure timely financial reporting, assist suppliers, and support internal controls while contributing to ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the related field.
• Experience in Accounts Payable and General Accounting in construction.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, issue and release various payables.
• Manage fund movements and cash position.
• Vouchering and monitoring of checks issued and received.
• Bank reconciliation and cash requirements.
• Respond to supplier inquiries and concerns.
• Perform related tasks and meet probationary/regularization targets.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• At least 10 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• With experience in Accounts Payable and General Accounting in Construction Industry.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible in check preparation, issuance and releasing of various payables.
• Responsible in Fund Management
• Assigned in vouchering and monitoring of in and out of checks
• Assigned in Bank Reconciliation, Cash Requirement and Cash Position
• Assists and responds to suppliers’ concerns and questions
• Performs other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time
• The stated JD and KPIs here should be performed well, including attendance in able to pass the probationary period, prior regularization.
