Job Function

• Financial Reporting: Prepares and reviews monthly financial statements, project cost reports, and reconciliations.
• Compliance: Ensures adherence to tax regulations, labor laws, and audit requirements.
• Project-Based Accounting: Tracks construction project costs, supplier payments, and progress billings.
• Internal Controls: Implements and monitors accounting policies to safeguard company assets.
• Coordination: Works closely with project managers, procurement, and HR to align financial records with operational activities.
• Audit Preparation: Ensures documentation is complete and audit-ready.

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or Finance
• CPA license is often required/preferred
• At least 3–5 years of accounting experience, with 3+ years in Supervisory role
• A minimum of 3 years total accounting experience is required.
• Prior exposure to construction or project-based finance is highly valued.
• Strong knowledge of construction/job-cost accounting, compliance, book keeping
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, Powerpoint and presentation of cost reports
• Ability to manage multi-entity project accounting and reconciliations.
