The Senior Accountant at Cloudstaff Philippines Inc. leads all accounting activities within the strata management portfolio, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory compliance.

You will oversee building setups in Strata Master, manage budgets, audits, and mentor junior staff to deliver high-quality financial reporting. You will coordinate with Strata Managers, handle investment accounts, AFSS charges, and ensure internal controls are strong across new and existing strata plans, driving

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
• CPA/CA qualification preferred.
• 3–5+ years accounting experience, ideally in strata or property management.
• Strong understanding of Strata Master or equivalent strata accounting software.
• Solid knowledge of audit processes and compliance requirements.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead all accounting functions within the strata management portfolio.
• Oversee building setups in Strata Master and budgeting for each building.
• Manage annual audit process and liaise with auditors.
• Oversee AFSS compliance charges and correct coding in financial systems.
• Oversee investment accounts lifecycle and bank reconciliation for rollovers.
• Supervise Junior Accountants and review budgets, reconciliations, and reports.
• Ensure timelines, regulatory compliance, and internal controls are maintained.
