Job summary

Strata Results Group in Las Piñas, Philippines, is seeking an Accounting Manager to lead the finance team, oversee accounting operations, ensure accuracy of records, and implement strong financial controls while driving regulatory compliance and effective reporting.

Reporting to the Finance Director, you will manage month-end closes, tax filings, audits, treasury support, and budgeting; experience in healthcare/hospital sectors and BizBox ERP is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy and CPA license are required.
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Healthcare or hospital industry experience is essential.
• Strong background in financial reporting, GL, BIR compliance, PFRS, internal controls, and PhilHealth billing.
• Experience using ERP or Hospital Information Systems (BizBox preferred) and accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly financial closing process with accurate journal entries and reconciliations.
• Review and approve financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow).
• Ensure compliance with PFRS and internal policies; coordinate audits.
• Analyze monthly performance and prepare variance reports for management.
• Oversee accounts payable, supplier payments and petty cash; ensure strong controls.
• Coordinate tax filings and BIR compliance; monitor regulatory changes.
• Oversee inventory, fixed assets, and asset verification.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the Accounting Department; manage budgeting.
