Job summary

Strata Staff in the Philippines is seeking a Mid-Level Accountant to manage mid-tier financial operations for strata-titled properties. You will prepare and review financial statements, handle accounts payable, bank reconciliations, and support year-end preparations.

Responsibilities include budgeting, levy management, and clear communication with owners and clients. A Bachelor’s degree and 2–4 years in accounting are required, with strong MS Excel skills and experience with strata ERP platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
• 2–4 years of general accounting experience.
• Experience with BPO, real estate, or offshore client operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial statements.
• Oversee accounts payable and bank reconciliations.
• Draft property budgets and manage levy operations.
• Assist year-end closing and audit preparations.
