Job summary

Cloudstaff Philippines Inc. is seeking a Senior Accounts Payable professional to support multiple strata schemes with precise invoice processing, AFSS/compliance charges, and timely payment batches in Strata Master. You will liaise with Strata Managers and maintain vendor records for audit-ready financials.

Ideal candidates have 1–3+ years in AP, a degree in accounting/finance, and proficiency in Xero or Strata Master. This full-time role offers stable employment with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field (preferred but not always required).
• 1–3+ years of accounts payable experience.
• Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., Xero, Strata Master, etc.).
• Strong understanding of AP processes and internal controls.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organisational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, and process supplier invoices for multiple strata schemes.
• Validate invoices against work orders, service requests, contracts, or approved quotes.
• Ensure correct coding to the appropriate strata plan, expense category, and GL account.
• Confirm necessary supporting documentation is attached before posting.
• Identify duplicates, errors, or unapproved works and escalate as needed.
• Process AFSS and other compliance-related invoices with proper approvals.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly payment batches in Strata Master or banking systems.
• Submit payment batches for final review and validate payment details.
• Maintain professional communication with suppliers and Strata Managers.
• Reconcile supplier statements monthly and resolve discrepancies.
