Thrive Modal, a Philippines-based employer, seeks a senior-level accountant to independently manage full-cycle finance operations across two SaaS products (Undetectable AI and TruthScan). You will own AP, AR, and US tax filing from day one, collaborating directly with the CEO and leadership team.

You will perform monthly close, prepare P&L, coordinate with external tax preparers, manage cash and treasury, and explore automation to optimize workflows.

Competenze

• Active US CPA license required with 5+ years of full-cycle accounting or bookkeeping experience.
• Hands-on experience preparing and filing US multi-state tax returns and federal/state income taxes.
• Proficiency in Xero and experience with SaaS billing and Stripe is a plus.
• Must be able to work in a exclusive engagement with daily overlap to US business hours (Pacific Time).
• Excellent written and spoken English; comfortable presenting numbers to leadership.

Mansioni

• Manage accounts payable: vendor bills and payment runs.
• Own accounts receivable: client invoicing, subscription billing, and collections for past-due accounts.
• Close books monthly; deliver P&L and net income figures to leadership; prepare variance analyses.
• Handle tax preparation & filing: US multi-state sales tax, federal/state income tax, VAT filings for international entity.
• Monitor cash & treasury: track balances, transfers between accounts, flag cash flow issues.
