Job summary

Paynamics Technologies Inc. in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to lead daily accounting operations and ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance across all financial transactions.

You will prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, strengthen internal controls, monitor budgets and revenue performance, and collaborate cross-functionally to align financial and operational goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
• 5+ years of accounting or financial management experience.
• Strong background in financial reporting and compliance.
• Experience in budgeting and team leadership.
• Familiarity with fintech or high-growth environments is a plus.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily accounting operations.
• Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance across all financial transactions.
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Implement and strengthen internal controls to minimize risk and prevent fraud.
• Monitor budgets, forecasts, OPEX, and revenue performance.
