Job summary

SoftwareOne in Manila is seeking a Senior Tax Accountant to own tax compliance, reporting, and advisory activities across APAC entities. You will collaborate with Finance, Accounts Receivable, Accounting, external advisors, auditors and authorities to ensure timely, accurate tax filings and governance.

The role requires strong CPA credentials, a Bachelor in accounting/finance, and hands-on experience with tax systems and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar role focusing on APAC tax accounting.
• Proficiency with Accounting Systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and report monthly, quarterly, and annual tax returns.
• Develop tax data collection, analysis, and reconciliation systems.
• Supervise tax audits with authorities and external auditors.
• Advise management on tax impact of corporate strategies and new laws.
• Coordinate outsourced tax work and ensure policy adherence.
