D2B in the Philippines seeks a Senior Finance Manager / Management Accountant to own end-to-end finance operations for a fast-growing B2B SaaS platform. You will lead month-end close, multi-entity consolidation, and financial reporting, partnering with executive leadership to drive strategic decisions.

In this role, you will streamline close cycles, develop budgets and rolling forecasts, and analyze SaaS metrics such as MRR, ARR, churn, and CAC.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience.
• Experience in senior management accounting or financial controller responsibilities.
• B2B SaaS or recurring revenue experience.
• Advanced Excel for financial modeling.

Responsibilities

• Own month-end close, journaling, accruals, balance sheet reconciliations, and consolidated reporting across multi-entity groups.
• Lead transition of close and reporting activities from external advisers to internal finance.
• Audit and streamline close workflows to reduce month-end timelines.
• Deliver consolidated P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow across domestic and international entities with audit-ready documentation.
• Analyze SaaS metrics (MRR/ARR/Churn) and revenue recognition alignment.
• Support post-acquisition financial integrations and automate processes.
