Thrivemodal in Metro Manila seeks a senior accountant to independently manage full-cycle finance operations for two SaaS products. You will own AP, AR, and tax from day one, working closely with the CEO and leadership to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

Responsibilities include monthly close, P&L delivery, and maintaining audit-ready documentation while improving processes and automating where possible, with daily overlap to US business hours.

Formación

• 5+ years of full-cycle accounting or bookkeeping experience, including ownership of AP/AR.
• Hands-on tax filing experience for US multi-state and federal filings.
• Experience with US GAAP is preferred and strong Excel/Sheets skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable across the SaaS products.
• Prepare and file US multi-state sales tax returns and federal/state income tax obligations.
• Coordinate quarterly VAT filings for international entity and maintain audit-ready docs.
• Monitor cash balances and transfers; flag cash flow issues early.
• Deliver monthly P&L and net income figures to leadership; close books on a monthly schedule.
• Identify bottlenecks in financial workflows and propose automation.
