Zusammenfassung

Unified Accounting & Tax, LLP is seeking a full-time accounting professional for a permanent work-from-home role based in the Philippines. A bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting and 5 years of experience are required; CPA is preferred and Big 4 exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities include maintaining the general ledger, AR processing, financial reporting, internal and external audits, and ensuring compliance with US hours.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting; 5 years of experience.
• CPA preferred; Big 4 experience is a plus.
• Experience with SaaS technology or AI-related contracts is a plus.
• Strong experience in revenue recognition and deferred revenue schedules.
• Proficient with Sage, Salesforce, QuickBooks Online or ERP systems.
• Advanced MS Excel skills with complex formulas and automation.
• Experience developing financial reports and metrics.
• Willing to work following US hours.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with management.
• Superior attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Demonstrated ability to drive projects across an organization.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Aufgaben

• Maintains the integrity of accounting information by recording, verifying, consolidating, and entering transactions.
• Handles AR operations: invoices, payments, overdue accounts, revenue recognition schedules.
• Prepares and records asset, liability, revenue, and expenses entries.
• Maintains the general ledger and reconciles entries.
• Summarizes financial status with balance sheet and income statements.
• Leads internal audit engagements and coordinates with auditors.
• Completes external audits by analyzing ledger accounts.
• Ensures compliance with legal requirements and data confidentiality.
• Backs up financial data and safeguards information.
