Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• Experience in accounts administration, bookkeeping, or finance administration.
• Strong AP/AR experience and payroll processing familiarity.
• Experience with bank reconciliations and financial reporting.
• Knowledge of BAS/IAS and ATO requirements.
• Invoicing, purchase orders, vendor payments handling.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• High attention to detail and meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Process Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
• Process supplier invoices, payments, and customer invoices.
• Follow up outstanding accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare and monitor purchase orders.
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Perform bank reconciliations.
• Assist with financial reports and record keeping.
• Assist with payroll processing.
• Maintain employee and payroll records.
• Assist with BAS/IAS and ATO requirements.
• Support payroll tax and workers’ compensation compliance.
• Assist with budgeting and cash flow reporting.
• Maintain asset and administrative records.
• Assist with audit requirements and documentation.
• Provide general finance and administrative support.
