You will work hands-on with Astute Payroll, manage end-to-end cycles, and resolve discrepancies, while collaborating with internal stakeholders.

The role offers hybrid or work-from-home setup, with a competitive PHP 80k monthly salary and full company benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of payroll experience, ideally in Australian payroll environments.
• Hands-on experience with Astute Payroll; familiarity with Bullhorn is advantageous.
• Ability to manage end-to-end payroll processing with minimal supervision.
• Strong knowledge of Australian payroll requirements and legislation.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing accurately and timely.
• Utilise Astute Payroll for day-to-day operations and data validation.
• Review payroll data and make changes, adjustments, and deductions as needed.
• Resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to employee queries promptly.
• Maintain confidential employee payroll records and ensure compliance.
