Job summary

Acclime is seeking an experienced senior financial professional in the Philippines to deliver end-to-end accounting, financial reporting, and payroll services for a portfolio of clients. You will prepare IFRS financial statements, assist with BAS/IAS lodgments, and develop budgets and financial reports.

The role requires at least 4 years in a senior financial management position, strong Excel and Xero skills, and the ability to work remotely with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• An accounting degree and membership of a recognized accounting body (or studying towards membership).
• At least 4 years' experience in a senior role responsible for corporate financial management.
• Extensive experience in end-to-end financial management and accounting services, including preparation of financial statements, cash flow reports, and statutory financial accounts.
• Experience with treasury management.
• High level computer literacy and experience with cloud-based software solutions.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and other MS Office applications.
• Friendly personality with a high attention to customer service.
• Strong organizational skills, ability to manage competing priorities, plan workload, maintain detail, and meet deadlines.
• High level written communication skills; ability to prepare, review and edit reports.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote, unsupervised capacity.
• Experience preparing and lodging BAS and IAS statements.
• Experience with payroll management.
• Advanced knowledge of Xero and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Providing end-to-end financial and management accounting support to clients and internal entities.
• Acting as point of contact for your portfolio of clients.
• Preparation of client annual financial reports (IFRS).
• Assistance with preparation and lodgment of BAS/IAS, FBT and Income Tax Returns.
• Preparation of budgets and financial reports.
• Providing payroll services to clients including Workers Insurance registrations, Payroll Tax and STP reporting.
