GRAPHITE MANAGEMENT CONSULTANCY is seeking a senior finance leader to oversee multi-entity finance operations in a remote setup. You will drive forecasting, reporting, controls, and process improvements while maintaining discipline across entities.

The role requires hands-on execution when needed and strong stakeholder engagement with auditors, banks, and regulators. Experience with Singapore and Malaysia requirements is welcomed.

Qualifications

• Senior, credible finance leader with broad accounting experience.
• Proficient in QuickBooks Advanced and multi-entity setups.
• Strong forecasting, reporting, controls, and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee finance and accounting work across multiple entities.
• Fully utilize QuickBooks Advanced to improve reporting and controls.
• Prepare cash flow forecasts and management analyses.
• Identify cost savings and strengthen financial discipline.
• Develop policies, SOPs, and internal controls.
• Liaise with auditors, banks, and company secretary.
• Monitor collections and receivables with timely follow-up.
• Lead and guide the finance team in a remote setting.
