Job summary

Premier Fiduciary Pte. Ltd. seeks a seasoned Certified Accountant to lead a team in handling financial accounting, statutory reporting, tax reporting and administrative matters for a diversified client portfolio.

The role covers IFRS/ Singapore tax regulations, consolidation, management accounts for Singapore/Hong Kong/offshore jurisdictions, payroll, and active tax advisory support with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experiences.
• A recognized degree in Accountancy and professional accounting qualifications such as ACCA, CPA.
• Excellent client servicing skills and strong problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle full sets of accounts.
• Extensive knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards, CPF, GST and relevant tax rules.
• Strong experience in consolidation using Excel and year-end statutory financial statements.
• Positive attitude, hardworking and able to work independently.
• Ability to mentor and provide technical guidance to staff.
• Working knowledge of IFRS and auditing standards is an advantage.
• Strong spreadsheet skills (Excel) and knowledge of Word/Payroll software.
• Excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage an allocated portfolio of clients and maintain excellent client relationships.
• Prepare interim/full reports (including consolidation) per IFRS/Singapore tax regulations for dedicated client portfolios.
• Prepare management accounts for Singapore, Hong Kong and offshore jurisdictions.
• Prepare financial statements (Unaudited) and XBRL reports.
• Prepare/review management accounts, reporting packages, statutory accounts, GST returns and payroll tasks.
• Review work of team members, monitor and train staff.
• Lead and manage engagements with minimal supervision.
• Assist leadership in tax compliance and advisory services for corporate clients.
• Prepare tax computations and income tax compliance work, including individuals and SMEs.
• Handle tax reviews, audits, planning and group restructuring inquiries.
• Be main point of contact for clients and resolve accounting matters.
• Liaise with auditors/regulators and outsourced accounting firms.
• Review and revise client service fees annually.
• Ensure SOP compliance and regulatory updates.
• Provide tax advice related to structures and double tax treaties.
• Undertake and oversee other ad-hoc projects as required.
