Job summary

TOA Global is seeking a Senior Accountant to join our remote team from Manila. You will own complex entity reporting, utilize a modern accounting stack, and focus on Xero ledger command and comprehensive compliance reporting for senior-grade packages.

The ideal candidate has 4–5 years Australian taxation/public practice experience, strong English communication, and a track record of stable tenure. Work remotely from the Philippines, with a shift aligned to local business hours.

Qualifications

• 4 to 5 years of dedicated Australian taxation and public practice experience (New Zealand experience valued).
• Stable employment history with at least 18 months per tenure.
• Advanced proficiency in Xero and XPM with GST reconciliation and payroll capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and draft financial statements for multi-entity clients (Companies, Trusts, Partnerships).
• Lead general ledger maintenance and fixed asset registers to reach a clean Trial Balance.
• Prepare BAS and IAS with end-to-end ownership and accuracy.
