Job summary

Elite Virtual Employment Solutions (EVES) is seeking a Senior Accountant with 1–3 years of accounting experience to join our PH team. You will handle general ledger tasks, reconciliations, and financial reporting for our retail and online operations.

The role requires strong Excel skills, English fluency, and the ability to work with US-side hours. On-site work options include Tuguegarao, Baguio, and Angeles City locations, offering growth and a competitive package.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of accounting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Experience with general ledger reconciliations and MS Office.
• Willing to overlap with US hours (2 PM–11 PM PH time).
• On-site work at Tuguegarao City, Baguio City, or Angeles City.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory accounts for retail and online sales, including cost of sales and shrinkage.
• Monitor daily cash position and cash forecasting; update forecast with actuals.
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and handle online banking transactions.
• Develop Excel models used in reconciliation processes.
• Prepare accurate financial statements per schedule and collaborate with accounting team.
• Conduct monthly/quarterly reconciliations and analyze variances for management.
