You will manage inventory accounts for retail and online sales, monitor cash flow, and prepare bank reconciliations, while collaborating with other departments to ensure GAAP compliance.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of accounting experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent.
• Experience in general ledger reconciliations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong English communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory accounts for retail and online sales.
• Monitor cash position and forecast cash flow.
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations.
• Handles online banking transactions.
• Develop Excel models used in the reconciliation process.
• Prepares accurate, timely financial statements in accordance with schedule.
• Analyzes financial statements for discrepancies and issues for management.
• Conducts monthly and quarterly account reconciliations and general ledger close.
