Job summary

Based in the PH with onsite options in Baguio, Tuguegarao, or Angeles City, EVES provides structured trainings, career progression, HMO, and ongoing professional development for long-term growth.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Experience reviewing work and mentoring junior team members.
• Willing to work US-aligned shift (2:00 PM – 11:00 PM) and onsite in the listed cities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and review accounting work for assigned clients.
• Assist in managing multiple client engagements.
• Coordinate with US-based Client Account Managers (CAMs).
• Perform and review general accounting functions and reports.
• Review general ledger accounts, reconciliations, and workpapers.
• Assist in preparing and reviewing financial statements.
• Ensure timely and accurate weekly and month-end reporting.
• Support process improvements and internal controls.
• Guide and mentor junior accountants.
• Take on increasing leadership responsibilities as the team grows.
