Elite Virtual Employment Solutions (EVES) seeks an Accounting Manager to lead US client engagements from the Philippines, handling GAAP reporting, GL review, and week/month closes. You will collaborate with US leadership, receive trainings, and participate in ceremonies that accelerate your growth.

Work onsite in Angeles City, Pampanga, or other PH sites, with a 2:00 PM–11:00 PM schedule. EVES promises structured onboarding, career progression, and competitive pay aligned with Manila rates.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of accounting experience with GAAP focus.
• Leadership and people management skills.
• Strong GAAP and financial reporting expertise.
• Advanced Excel and ERP proficiency.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Willing to work a US-aligned schedule (2:00 PM–11:00 PM).
• Onsite work at designated PH locations.

Aufgaben

• Manage and lead multiple accounting engagements for US clients.
• Coordinate directly with US Client Account Managers (CAMs).
• Oversee full-cycle accounting and GAAP-compliant reporting.
• Review general ledger accounts, workpapers, and financial data.
• Deliver accurate weekly and month-end reports.
• Review financial statements and ensure timely submission.
• Drive improvements in accounting systems, processes, and controls.
• Coach, mentor, and develop junior accounting professionals.
• Take on broader leadership responsibilities as the team expands.
• Shape the future of PH accounting operations.
