Elite Virtual Employment Solutions (EVES) is seeking a Senior Accountant to join our PH team. You will manage inventory and treasury processes, prepare reconciliations, and contribute to monthly close with GAAP-compliant reporting.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of accounting experience, a relevant degree, and strong English communication skills. Position requires onsite work at our Tuguegarao, Carig Sur location, with additional site options in Baguio City or Angeles City.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of accounting experience required.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent work experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong English communication skills, written and verbal.
• Ability to overlap with US-side work hours (2PM–11PM Philippines time).

Responsibilities

• Manages inventory accounts for retail and online sales, including cost of sales, price fluctuations, and shrinkage.
• Monitors daily cash position and cash forecasting, updating forecast with actuals.
• Prepares monthly bank reconciliations and handles online banking transactions.
• Develops Excel models for reconciliation processes.
• Prepares timely financial statements per schedule with input from accounting team.
• Analyzes statements for discrepancies and raises issues to management.
• Performs monthly/quarterly account reconciliations and ledger maintenance.
• Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents and ensures GAAP compliance.
