Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day Accounts Receivable processes and transactions.
• Perform accurate and timely transaction-level accounting activities.
• Manage customer accounts, invoicing, receipts, and payment allocations.
• Reconcile accounts and investigate and resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor outstanding receivables and assist with credit control and collections activities.
• Support month-end and year-end accounting processes.
• Prepare financial, management, and Accounts Receivable reports.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Assist with general ledger and corporate accounting functions.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, controls, and efficiencies.
