Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow key merchant accounts with tailored payment solutions.
• Identify, approach, and onboard new strategic merchants across industries.
• Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
• Negotiate merchant discount rates (MDRs) and partnership terms for win-win outcomes.
• Lead regular business reviews to assess performance and uncover opportunities.
• Collaborate with product, tech, operations, and marketing for onboarding and campaigns.
• Monitor account performance, provide market insights, and support data-driven decisions.
