Qualifications

• Proven work experience as an Account Manager or similar role.
• Ability to communicate and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Solid experience with CRM software (Airtable) and MS Excel.
• Experience delivering client-focused solutions and multitasking.
• Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor account teams to strengthen client relationships.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies and handle escalations.
• Act as primary client contact and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Monitor KPIs like client satisfaction and attrition; conduct business reviews.
• Coordinate with Recruitment for talent alignment and growth.
• Provide coaching to staff and ensure quarterly evaluations.
• Oversee integration of client needs with cross-functional teams.
