Job summary

Clark Outsourcing is seeking an Account Operations Assistant to support account activation and maintenance from a work-from-home setup in Clark, Pampanga. The role focuses on accurate data handling and audits to ensure a seamless customer experience.

You will review information, resolve discrepancies, and report issues while maintaining system integrity. The position follows a night shift 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM PHT with growth opportunities and training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of relevant experience.
• 3+ years of experience in call center, customer service, or tech support environment.
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace tools.
• Basic understanding of queue management and workforce operations.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Problem-solving and decision-making ability.

Responsibilities

• Process account updates and activation requests accurately and promptly.
• Review and validate information provided by loan officers and sales teams
• Follow up on pending issues and resolve account discrepancies
• Report system issues and identify root causes of account-related concerns
• Maintain system accuracy by removing duplicates and conducting weekly audits
• Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
