Job summary

Staff Outsourcing Solutions in Cebu City is seeking an Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of United States client accounts and the Cebu teams that serve them.

This hands-on role requires ownership, strong English communication, and the ability to coach team leaders, manage performance, and escalate issues when necessary.

You will work onsite in Cebu Business Park, night shift aligned to US hours, Monday to Friday, with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in a BPO or outsourcing company with 2 years managing US client accounts or ops teams.
• Experience leading team leaders: targets, coaching, attendance and performance records.
• Clear, confident English on client calls and written updates a client can act on.
• Proficient with Google Workspace, spreadsheets, reports; comfortable with monday.com and AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Your client accounts: weekly check-ins, monthly performance reports, quarterly business reviews, and daily issue prevention contacts.
• Your teams: manage team leaders and members, set targets, coach, schedule, approve leave, conduct reviews.
• Handle escalations from either side: investigate, fix, and report outcomes.
• Manage employee relations: resolve conflicts, document processes, and coordinate with HR.
• Staffing for accounts: validate hiring requests, conduct final interviews, onboard new members.
• Billing accuracy: ensure time records and numbers match client and finance records.
• Account growth: identify opportunities and present to leadership with evidence.
