Job summary

MediCard Phils., Inc. is seeking an experienced Training and Sales Management professional to lead learning initiatives for BPI AIA partnerships.

You will identify needs, design training programs, and develop materials focused on product knowledge and selling techniques. Collaborating with channel heads and partners, you will prioritize initiatives, deliver programs with clear outcomes, and mentor trainers.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any communication or business-related course.
• At least 4 years in Training and/or Sales Management in a similar industry.
• Minimum of 2 years in management experience.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in training design.
• Proficient in Microsoft office applications.
• Presentation/Facilitation Skills.
• Excellent Communication Skills.
• Problem Solving & Decision-Making Skills.
• Coaching & Mentoring Skills.
• Project Management Skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and analyze needs through gap analysis and design training materials on BPI AIA's products and selling techniques.
• Prioritize and schedule training initiatives with channel heads and partners.
• Apply instructional design theories using a learning experience based on the 6D's of Learning.
• Align training programs with organizational outcomes across Distribution teams.
• Deliver training programs with clear outcomes for target customers.
• Train, mentor, and coach direct reports and co-trainers.
• Evaluate post-learning performance and use analytics to improve offerings.
• Stay updated on Bancassurance strategy, industry trends, and leadership/L&D practices.
• Lead and support Partnership Distribution workstreams and projects.
• Respond quickly to changes to support team goals.
