Job summary

Woolworths Group, Manila-based, is seeking a Seller Onboarding Team Leader to oversee a four-person specialist team. You will drive seamless marketplace seller expansion for Woolworths MarketPlus, optimise Live-To-Site processes, and manage escalations to accelerate growth.

You will coordinate with the Head of Partnerships to align operations with broader seller initiatives while tracking key metrics and delivering insights to leadership. Filipino market experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in marketplace operations, e-commerce seller onboarding, or vendor management; 1–2 years in a team lead or supervisory capacity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day workflow for four Seller Onboarding Specialists, setting clear KPIs, coaching, and ensuring SLA adherence.
• Drive high-volume Live-To-Site targets by streamlining merchant readiness, catalog integration, and product listing checks to minimise turnaround time.
• Act as the primary escalation point for seller onboarding blockers, technical integration friction, and cross-functional delays.
• Continuously evaluate the onboarding lifecycle to eliminate bottlenecks and implement scalable workflow enhancements.
• Partner with the Head of Partnerships and Onboarding to align Manila operations with team goals and seller initiatives.
• Track and report key operational metrics and team throughput to leadership to surface growth opportunities.
