Job summary

StoreHub, based in Makati, Philippines, is seeking a Merchant Onboarding Manager to empower merchant partners through a seamless onboarding experience and ongoing engagement with the StoreHub platform.

You will onboard new merchants, manage inquiries, drive feature adoption, and coordinate training and hardware readiness, while collaborating with internal teams across Metro Manila to ensure successful Go-Live and continued success.

Qualifications

• Experience in onboarding within SaaS, tech, retail or F&B is preferred.
• Strong understanding of subscription lifecycles, renewals, upsell and feature adoption.
• Hands-on project delivery across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new merchants and ensure a seamless Go-Live experience.
• Handle inbound inquiries across channels and deliver timely responses.
• Maintain engagement with existing merchants; identify upsell opportunities.
• Track merchant performance and address issues to prevent churn.
• Confirm hardware delivery and readiness for onboarding.
• Schedule and deliver training sessions for new merchants.
• Maintain accurate merchant records in the onboarding platform.
