Job summary

Woolworths Group is seeking a Manila-based Seller Onboarding Team Leader to guide a four-person Specialist team and drive seamless marketplace seller expansion for MarketPlus. The role focuses on daily operations, KPI management, and rapid issue resolution to accelerate seller growth.

You will work closely with the Head of Partnerships to align local operations with broader marketplace initiatives. Proficiency with enterprise platforms (Zoho) and catalog management is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in marketplace operations with 1–2 years in a team lead role.
• Strong understanding of seller journeys, catalog creation, and compliance.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication; able to mentor remote teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day workflow for four Seller Onboarding Specialists and set KPIs.
• Drive high-volume Live-To-Site onboarding targets and streamline readiness.
• Manage escalations for onboarding blockers and cross-functional delays.
• Identify bottlenecks, automate tasks, and implement scalable workflows.
• Partner with Head of Partnerships to align Manila operations with goals.
• Track metrics and report insights to leadership to surface growth opportunities.
