Basic Qualifications

• Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Criminology, Public Safety, Military Science, Business Administration, or related field
  • Licensed Criminologist (preferred)
• Work Experience:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the security industry
  • At least 2–3 years in a managerial or supervisory role
  • Experience in law enforcement, military, or private security agency operations is a strong advantage

• Valid License to Exercise Security Profession (LESP) from PNP‑SOSIA
• Security Officer Training Course (SOTC) or Supervisory Training Course (STC)
• NBI Clearance
• Neuro‑psychiatric and drug test results

• Certificates of Employment from previous security roles
• Government IDs: SSS, TIN, PhilHealth, PAG‑IBIG
• PSA Birth Certificate
