KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for the establishment ofphysical security and safety controls, auditing guidelines, physical securityand safety standards and procedures to - Assess and mitigate all associatedrisks in accordance with global company policies and statutory laws
- Prepare and enforce policies to establish aculture of safety and security, across all sites, its employees and clients
- Liaison with local government, industryorganizations, and relevant law enforcement networks (including but not limitedto, PNP, NBI, DOJ, NDRRMC, BFP, PEZA, - Build a strong security and safetyorganization aligned with local compliance and global corporate entities
- Coordinates with key contacts outside lawenforcement agencies and networks within the industry for intelligenceinformation that may have an adverse impact - Work closely with HR,Procurement, Health and Wellness, etc to support security and safetyrequirements
- Conduct regular and periodic security andsafety assessment along with corrective actions to mitigate any risks
- Protection of local and global VIPs (seniorexecutives and clients) in-country
- Responsible for providing leadership,advice and counsel to executive management on security and safety-relatedmatters
- Front any and all relevant internal andstatutory audits and compliance initiatives
- Ensures and reviews appropriate deploymentslevels of trained security personnel and safety officers across all locations
- Formulate and execute physical security andsafety programs which includes developing a training program for all staff andany 3rd party service providers
- Lead internal investigations and root causeanalysis in partnership with corporate legal and external police agencies
- Own and lead crisis management, businesscontinuity and disaster recovery efforts to protect the business, employees andits clients
- Performance management of third-partysecurity and safety service providers
- Develop, monitor and establish reporting ofanalytical data and metrics to lower or mitigate known risks in accordance withglobal and client requirements
- Strong fiscal capability by ensuringaccurate and timely billing of security guardforce services
TO QUALIFY:
- Graduate of BS Criminology, SafetyManagement or other related fields
- Must have at least 10 years professionalexperience in a Physical Security and Safety leadership capacity
- Must have credentials as certified securityprofessional and safety practitioner or equivalent
- Familiar with relevant governing codals andstatutory laws (ie RA 11058 DO-198, RA 10173, RA 5487, RA 9514, etc)
- Strong network and relationship managementcapability in the government, law enforcement and services sector
- Excellent organizational and motivationalskills
- Outstanding attention to detail andobservation ability
- Exceptional communication and interpersonalabilities
- Timely and accurate reportorial capability
- Valid qualification in occupational healthand safety
- Occupational Safety & HealthPractitioner (DOLE Accredited)
