Joy~Nostalg Group is seeking a Risk Management Head to oversee health, safety, security, and environmental compliance across construction sites. You will develop policies, implement protocols, and direct field personnel and service providers to protect people, assets, and operations.
Responsibilities include security oversight, policy development, emergency readiness, government liaison, and continuous improvement through new technologies.
The Risk Management Head oversees the health, safety, security, and environmental compliance of all assigned construction sites. The role develops policies, implements protocols, and manages field personnel and service providers to ensure the protection of people, property, and operations while aligning with company standards and regulatory requirements.
Oversee and monitor security operations across all assigned construction sites and additional areas as needed.
Ensure sites are staffed with adequately trained and capable security personnel.
Monitor the security and safety of turned-over units, personnel, equipment, and assets.
Assess and evaluate the performance of security officers and agencies deployed at construction sites.
Manage access and perimeter control procedures for personnel, vehicles, equipment, and visitors.
Develop security strategies, policies, protocols, and standard operating procedures.
Ensure consistent implementation of HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) and security protocols across sites.
Formulate and standardize forms, reports, documentation, and procedural guidelines.
Lead emergency response activities and ensure initial risk-mitigating measures are applied.
Coordinate response efforts with internal and external stakeholders during crises or incidents.
Proactively report security incidents, trends, and statistics to the Safety Officer, Unit Head, and management.
Build and maintain strong relationships with LGUs (e.g., PNP, BFP, Barangay), regulatory agencies, and community stakeholders.
Coordinate with government officials to strengthen security services and safeguard company properties.
Research and recommend new technologies and methodologies to enhance security operations.
Identify opportunities to improve service quality and reduce security-related expenses.
Supervise Health & Safety Officers, Pollution Control Officers, and outsourced security agencies.
Support daily operations and ensure alignment with construction managers and CCOs.
Conduct briefings, monitoring, and performance oversight of risk management personnel.
Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or any related field.
Extensive background in security management, including experience handling large residential estates or mixed-use properties.
Experience supervising internal teams and outsourced security providers.
COSH/BOSH certification (required).
Training in risk management, emergency response, and incident reporting (advantage).
Training in security management or related specializations.
Licensed/Certified Security Practitioner (advantage).
Pollution Control or Safety certifications (advantage).
Able to develop and implement security policies, protocols, and procedures.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and assessment skills for risk identification.
Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and security reporting systems.
