Key Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of the security administration department
Manage personnel records (201 files, licenses, clearances) ensuring accuracy and compliance
Supervise the processing and renewal of LESP licenses, clearances, and other security certifications
Coordinate with PNP-SOSIA, DOLE, and other regulatory bodies for agency compliance
Lead the recruitment, deployment, and documentation processes for security personnel
Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to improve efficiency
Manage and train the administrative support team
Prepare reports for management and government agencies
Coordinate with HR, operations, accounting, and training departments
