Job summary

Davies Paints Philippines Incorporated is seeking a Plant Security Operations Manager to oversee facility security in Metro Manila. You will direct security operations, monitor guard post manning, and lead staff performance reviews.

You will conduct regular inspections and unannounced post visits to ensure readiness, review guard DTRs, and coordinate with safety teams on incidents and emergency preparedness.

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Criminology or related course.
• At least 2 years of relevant security experience.
• Computer literate; working knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
• Familiarity with ISO-QMS is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Direct security operations, monitor guard post manning, and evaluate security staff performance and conduct.
• Conduct regular inspections and unannounced post visits to ensure security readiness.
• Review and verify the Daily Time Records (DTR) of guard personnel.
• Lead and participate in security formations to address operational matters.
• Respond to, investigate, and report on any accidents or untoward incidents promptly.
• Collaborate with the safety team to enforce safety policies and protocols effectively.
• Support management in carrying out crisis management policies and procedures.
• Attend emergency preparedness and safety meetings as required.
• Liaise with contracted security agencies to resolve operational concerns and security issues.
• Coordinate cross-departmental security concerns and plan security details for special events.
• Orient newly hired staff, agency personnel, and third-party contractors on company policies.
• Assist the Security Manager in designing programs for continuous security enhancement.
