Star Special Corporate Security Management, Inc. is seeking a qualified Security Officer-In-Charge to oversee day-to-day security operations at the assigned client account in the Philippines.
The role requires a licensed security professional who can supervise, coordinate, and support operations to deliver consistent, professional security services. Responsibilities include supervising personnel, conducting post inspections, managing access control, incident reporting, and client coordination.
We are currently seeking a qualified, licensed, and experienced Security Officer-In-Charge (OIC) to oversee and coordinate the day-to-day security operations at the assigned client account. The position requires a responsible security professional capable of providing effective supervision, operational control, and administrative support to ensure the consistent and professional delivery of security services.
Oversee and supervise the day-to-day security operations of the assigned account
Ensure proper deployment, attendance, discipline, grooming, and performance of all assigned security personnel
Conduct regular inspections of security posts and verify compliance with established Post Orders and operational procedures
Monitor access control, security patrols, visitor management, and other security activities within the assigned premises
Ensure that security personnel maintain proper alertness, professionalism, courtesy, and discipline while on duty
Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, disturbances, and other operational concerns
Conduct or assist in preliminary investigations of security incidents and ensure the timely preparation and submission of accurate Incident and Investigation Reports
Maintain and review security logs, duty records, occurrence books, incident reports, and other required documentation
Coordinate effectively with client representatives, company management, emergency responders, and other authorized personnel
Immediately escalation significant incidents, security risks, violations, and operational concerns to the appropriate company management
Must possess a valid and current Security Officer License
Must have at least five (5) years of relevant experience in security operations
Previous experience in a supervisory or officer-in-charge capacity is highly preferred
Strong knowledge of security operations, personnel supervision, incident response, and security administration
Proficient in preparing security, incident, and investigation reports
Excellent communication, coordination, leadership, and organizational skills
Ability to exercise sound judgment and make appropriate decisions during emergencies and operational situations
Strong sense of discipline, integrity, accountability, and professionalism
Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple operational requirements
Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, holidays, and extended hours, when operationally required
