Star Special Corporate Security Management, Inc. is seeking a qualified Security Officer-In-Charge to oversee day-to-day security operations at the assigned client account in the Philippines.

The role requires a licensed security professional who can supervise, coordinate, and support operations to deliver consistent, professional security services. Responsibilities include supervising personnel, conducting post inspections, managing access control, incident reporting, and client coordination.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid and current Security Officer License.
• Minimum of five years in security operations.
• Experience in a supervisory or officer-in-charge role preferred.
• Strong knowledge of security operations, supervision, incident response, and administration.
• Proficient in preparing security, incident, and investigation reports.
• Excellent communication, coordination, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to make sound judgments during emergencies and operations.
• Disciplined, trustworthy, and professional with accountability.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple requirements.
• Willing to work shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays when required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and supervise the day-to-day security operations of the assigned account.
• Ensure proper deployment, attendance, discipline, grooming, and performance of all security personnel.
• Conduct regular inspections of posts and verify compliance with Post Orders.
• Monitor access control, patrols, visitor management, and other security activities.
• Ensure security personnel maintain alertness, professionalism, and courtesy.
• Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and operational concerns.
• Prepare and submit accurate incident and investigation reports.
• Maintain security logs, duty records, and documentation.
• Coordinate with client representatives, management, responders, and authorized personnel.
• Escalate significant incidents to company management.
