The Security Operations Manager will oversee, coordinate, and manage all security operations across assigned regions. This role ensures that security policies, procedures, and protocols are effectively implemented, safeguarding personnel, assets, and organizational interests. The position requires a proactive leader with strong operational expertise, capable of handling diverse security challenges in different geographic and operational contexts.
Lead and supervise all regional security operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
Develop, implement, and monitor security protocols, including preventive measures, incident response, and emergency procedures.
Coordinate with local authorities, law enforcement, and other stakeholders to maintain a safe operational environment.
Manage security personnel recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and deployment.
Oversee risk assessments, site inspections, and audits of security measures in each assigned location.
Prepare and submit detailed reports on security incidents, operational status, and regional updates to headquarters.
Ensure the protection of company assets, personnel, and sensitive information in both fixed and mobile operations.
Manage budgets, resources, and logistics for security operations efficiently.
Provide guidance and support for special security projects, events, or high-risk operations.
Maintain readiness to be deployed to any high-priority area as required by organizational needs.
Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminology, Public Safety, or a related field.
Military Science qualifications will be considered as an acceptable related field for the Bachelor's degree requirement.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in private security management or operations, preferably with multi-site oversight.
Multi-site oversight experience is a mandatory requirement for this position.
Certified Security Professional (CSP) is required.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Knowledge of risk assessment, emergency response, and security systems.
Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
Willingness to travel and be assigned to cover the assigned area.
Familiarity with local security regulations and law enforcement protocols is an advantage.
Knows how to drive 2 and 4 wheel vehicles both manual and automatic.
