The role requires a Bachelor's degree, security certifications, an active Security Officer License, and proficiency in MS Office. English and Tagalog fluency is preferred.

Experience in security operations management and the ability to analyze complex situations under pressure are valued, with opportunities for promotion.

Qualifications

• Maintain accurate records and reports related to security incidents and activities.

About the role

This is a full-time Area Field Supervisor position based in various locations across the Philippines. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for overseeing the security operations of LINKED Group. As an Area Field Supervisor, you will play a key part in upholding the company's commitment to security and risk management.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct Risk Assessments and Security Audits
• Implement Risk Mitigation
• Oversee the implementation and development of security policies and procedures
• Implement physical security measures
• Coordinate with law enforcement agencies and emergency responders as needed
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
• Maintain accurate records and reports related to security incidents and activities

About you

• Bachelor's Degree Holder
• Security Certification is a plus (e.g. CSP, CSMS, etc.)
• Bosh Certification is an advantage
• Experience in various security operations management is an advantage
• Ability to analyze complex security situations and make sound decisions under pressure
• Updated Security Officer License
• Can converse both in English and Tagalog
• Proficient in MS Office Applications (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
• Can drive 2-4 wheels vehicle is a must
• Former Detachment Commanders, Assistant Detachment Commanders, Shift-in-Charge, Officers-in-Charge, applicants with background in Operations in the Security Industry are welcome to apply
