LINKED Group is seeking a full-time Area Field Supervisor based in the Philippines to oversee security operations and risk management across locations.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, security certifications, an active Security Officer License, and proficiency in MS Office. English and Tagalog fluency is preferred.

Experience in security operations management and the ability to analyze complex situations under pressure are valued, with opportunities for promotion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in security or related field.
• Security certification (CSP, CSMS, etc.) is a plus.
• Updated Security Officer License.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to analyze security situations and make sound decisions under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Risk Assessments and Security Audits.
• Implement Risk Mitigation.
• Oversee the implementation and development of security policies and procedures.
• Implement physical security measures.
• Coordinate with law enforcement agencies and emergency responders as needed.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Maintain accurate records and reports related to security incidents and activities.
