Job summary

SM Retail is seeking a Security Operations Supervisor to oversee security operations across assigned areas, respond to incidents, and support safety drills. The role requires strong CCTV monitoring, risk assessment, and staff management to ensure safeguarding of assets and confidential information.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree with at least two years of supervisory security experience, proficiency in MS Office, and the ability to collaborate with government security forces.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years in supervisory security operations.
• Strong physical security skills and MS Office proficiency; able to liaise with government security forces.
• SO2 certification is an advantage.
• Willing to be deployed to SM MOA, SM Makati, SM Marikina.
