LINKED Group is seeking an Investigative and Risk Assessment Head to oversee investigations, security surveys, risk assessments, and RPAS services, ensuring effective division operation and data-driven decision-making.

The role requires five years in a related field, strong written communication, and a proven track record in investigative services, security surveys, and background checks. CSP/CSMS background is preferred but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• College graduate in Criminology, Legal Studies, Political Science or background in Industrial Security, Military or Police Service.
• Minimum of five years of relevant experience in related position.
• Excellent written communication and presentation skills.
• Proven track record in investigation, security survey and risk assessments, and background checking.
• Knowledgeable in Quality Management System.
• CSP or CSMS preferred but not required.

Job Description

The Investigative and Risk Assessment Head is primarily responsible for overseeing a range of services, including investigation, security surveys, facility risk assessments, background checks, polygraph examinations, quality assurance inspections, and the remotely piloted aircraft system (RPAS) services of the agency. Additionally, ensuring the effective operation of the division, managing communication channels, analyzing data to inform decision-making, optimizing organizational processes, and implementing performance management strategies to drive continuous improvement and achieve divisional objectives are integral aspects of his role.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage the investigation, security surveys, facility risk assessments, background checks, polygraph examinations, quality assurance inspections, and the remotely piloted aircraft system (RPAS) services of the agency.
• Provide strategic direction and oversight to the Detective Services Division, fostering teamwork and accountability while making informed decisions to address operational challenges and drive continuous improvement.
• Effectively convey information and recommendations through comprehensive proposals, reports, and presentations, adapting communication styles to suit different audiences and situations, and fostering open dialogue with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.
• Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and insights that inform decision-making, evaluate the effectiveness of detective services, and utilize critical thinking to develop strategic solutions to achieve goals.
• Manage time and resources efficiently, maintain accurate records, coordinate logistics, and implement systems and processes to streamline workflows and enhance productivity within the division.
• Define and track KPIs, monitor performance metrics, provide regular feedback and evaluations to team members, and collaborate with stakeholders to establish performance goals aligned with organizational priorities

Job Specification:

• Must be a College Graduate in Criminology, Legal Studies, Political Science or with background in Industrial Security, Military or Police Service, or similar
